Artwork Requirements

The following is a list of guidelines for submitting digital artwork:

Colors:

• For print design, make sure colors are CMYK (4-color).
• For web design, make sure colors are RBG (3-color).

• Do you want grayscale (black & white), full color or spot color?
• What is the spot color (Pantone #) used? (list all)

Software Formats (programs we use – * represents program formats
we recommend):

Other:

• Include ALL font files or convert ALL fonts to outline (aka: graphics
or curves).

• Even if fonts are no longer “editable”, include name of font(s) used
in the file (when possible)…in case re-typing is needed.

• Make sure spelling, grammar, graphics etc. are correct BEFORE job
is complete.

• Any extra artwork or design required, will be billed to client @ $60.ºº
per hour.

Once you have appropriate artwork files, you can either e-mail us the file(s)
if they are under 5MB in size, or upload the larger file(s) to our FTP Upload Center.
